Chicken fillets
with spinach dressing

Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 400 ml water
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 gr fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsps almonds
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as required extra virgin olive oil


  • Marinate the chicken in the wine, 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Wash, peel and slice the carrots. Pour the water in the Snips Steamer and put the carrots in the first container on top.
  • Place the second container with the chicken on top of that.
  • Close with the lid and cook for approximately 8 minutes at 600 W.
  • Prepare the dressing: toast the almonds in a non-stick pan without adding oil and chop them finely in a blender together with the spinach, the lemon peel, a pinch of salt and oil as required.
  • Toast the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan and use them to dress the carrots; serve the chicken with the spinach dressing.
