Steamed rice with peas and cheese dressing

Ingredients for 3 persons
  • gr Carnaroli rice
  • 500 ml water
  • 200 gr peas
  • a pinch salt
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 80 gr Parmesan and Emmental cheese
  • a spring thyme


  • Rinse the rice with plenty of cold water, drain it and put it in the Snips rice cooker with 500 ml of water and a pinch of salt.
  • Add the frozen peas and cook for 15-18 minutes at 700 W.
  • Serve the rice with the dressing prepared melting the grated cheeses in the warm cream flavoured with thyme.
